This exhibit was first shown at RSNA in the Technology Pavilion, a large area of the trade show where GE showcases its research and emerging technologies. Show attendees enjoyed the display so much that GE decided to put the display on the road and present it at two key conventions in Europe — the Congresso SIRM in Milan, Italy and ECR in Vienna, Austria.
My roles in this project were to reconfigure the display graphics to be used in new a portable structure, coordinate printing and delivery, and travel to each show to set up the display.
Two different configurations were needed to accommodate the floor space at each show in Europe: a self-contained "island" format used in Milan, Italy and a "small room" format designed to run along the walls of a reception area at the show in Vienna.
GE Healthcare's research into the diagnosis and treatment of Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke, Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer and Alzheimer’s Disease are all described in the display.
